Returns & Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving your Goods (the 'Cooling-Off Period'). All Goods cancelled within the Cooling-Off Period must be returned to us. If you wish to cancel Goods within the Cooling-Off Period please notify us (by phone, or in writing) and we will issue a refund within 30 days. If cancelling Goods within the Cooling-Off Period, it is your duty to take care of the Goods and return them to us in original condition. We advise you return them via an insured method.

Outside the cooling off period should you want to return your purchase for any reason, you can do so within 21 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Please note if delivery was free under promotion the refund will be less the normal postage charge. If there is a fault with the item outside normal wear and tear up to 12 months then we will repair or replace it.

Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and saturday guaranteed post.
