Shipping

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are shown below. Please note that the only UK service that has a guaranteed delivery time is Special delivery. If an item is needed urgently please contact us before ordering to avoid disappointment, we will try to dispatch any urgent items as fast as possible.


Special Delivery -> Next Working Day before 1 pm ( Orders for charms must be placed before 2.00pm - Bracelets See below)
1st Class -> 1 Working Day
1st Class ( Recorded) -> 1 Working Day

International Delivery services do not have guarnteed delivery times. Please contact us if you want more exact information.

Airmail -> 3 - 14 Working Days
Airmail International Signed for -> 3 - 8 Working Days

For all UK orders please choose Special Delivery if you want insurance, for international orders please choose International signed for. All other methods of postage do not come with insurance, it is the onus of the customer to choose which method they think is appropriate.

Charms : Charms are generally sent in around 1-2 working days after an order is placed. Items ordered before 2.00pm by next day delivery will be sent out the same working day.

Bracelets : Please note delivery times are not inclusive of assembly for bracelets. They will normally be sent out the same day however it can take up to 3 working days to finish the item especially around christmas provided all charms are in stock. We try and get all bracelets ordered by Special delivery ( before 2pm ) dispatched the same working day however currently you can expect bracelets to be made the and sent the day after they are ordered even if next day delivery is selected. If an item is needed quickly please contact us before ordering to avoid disappointment. Please ensure your order has a daytime phone number so we can contact you to confirm any final details about the bracelet, this is especially important if you want the item the next working day.

We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Please ensure that a valid land line and email are given. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this straight away but you should allow up to 5 days for dispatch of the goods.

Delivery Comments : Please note we are unfortunately unable to give specific delivery instructions to your postman as to what to do with a parcel if no one is in. All charms will arrive in a parcel that will fit through any normal sized letterbox.

Returns

Cancellation of Orders - Returned / Returning of Goods. 


If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Please note if delivery was free under promotion the refund will be less the normal postage charge. If there is a fault with the item up to 6 months then we will replace it or issue you with a full refund. For items that are assembled to order for example bracelets changes to length or an changes requiring the remaking of the bracelet will result in the difference in price plus a reduced rate of return postage being charged. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than originally sent may not be accepted. Prior to returning any products, please contact us (within 14 days from the date of delivery). If you do not contact us within 14 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel may be revoked. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full information.
