I would like to say how impressed I am with the bracelet I have received, it is excellent quality and the box etc makes it look even more expensive.  The charms you have sent are great and all seperately packaged in the little pink bags.
I ordered the bracelet Wednesday at 10am and paid for the next day delivery, 24 hours later it has been delivered.
Fantastic service and quality of goods, well done to everyone at the charm works. I will definitely use you again!

I received my charms today and just wanted to say how pleased i am with them and Thecharmworks.com as a company. The charms themselves are fantastic - the detail is amazing especially the giraffe.  The whole process was seem less - choose charms, pay for an dispatched quickly - all within 5 workings day.  I am surprised at how reasonable the charms cost due to the quality and detail of them. I must say the service I recieved from The Charmworks has been fantastic( and i dont use that workd often)! The Charms I ordered were of brilliant quality and arrived within 24 hours of me ordering them. I also recieved a fantastic aftercare service with advice from one of the experts instantly online on how to fix my charms to my braclet. I will definately be buying again from these guys!
