I buy a charm for my daughter and neices every birthday and special occassion, and had forgotten to order my daughter one for her birthday...which is tomorrow! Nice, simple bracelet. Could do with a 6.5 inch being an option, the 10 year old girl this was for finds the 6 inch just that bit small, 7 would be too big.

The product is a lovely delicate charm bracelet. My only feedback is that it has dropped off my wrist a few times, so maybe a slightly longer T bar or a smaller ring may make it more secure. But I would recommend it as really pretty.

Bought this charm as a present to be added to a Pandora bracelet, it needs a 6.5mm hanger bead to work with the bracelet which I also bought from Charmworks, leaving a note as instructed during the checkout section to have them assembled together, which they did for me. Got this as a birthday present and absolutely loved it I used a Tiffany clasp to attach to my bracelet as I thought this would ensure it doesnt fall off but it somehow still has done the Tiffany clasp is still attached to my bracelet so its obviously to do with the link of the charm not being very well made and breaking at some point just such a shame as it was perfect originally
So sorry to hear this has happened Tiffany! All of our charms come with an open jump ring and a spilt ring to allow to you to attach the item to your chosen bracelet. We also offer the option to upgrade this to a lobster clasp attachment. If you already have a chosen attachment, you can request that we solder the jump ring closed permanently to ensure it does not open again. Our customer service team has been in contact to get this resolved for you ASAP :)
